Kimber is a NSCA certified strength and conditioning specialist, and Precision Nutrition nutritionist who holds dual Bachelor degrees in Exercise and Sport Science, and Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her training specialties include sports performance, weight loss, conditioning, and strength development. When she's not at work pushing her clients past their limits, Kimber spends her time traveling the world as an international rugby player for the USA. Based out of the Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, California, she has trained at the elite level under the guide of top strength and conditioning coaches, high performance specialists and physiotherepists.
Her career has taken her to places such as Hong Kong, Paris, London and Dubia. Recently she competed in the 7s World Cup in Paris. Kimber has recently lived in Ireland, furthering her career as an athlete and honoring her skills a sa strength coach at gyms over seas.
Competing as an international rugby player gives her a unique perspective with her clients, as she herself strives for her own fitness and performance standards. Balancing life, work, play and fitness can be difficult, which is why she makes it a priority to not only be a premier coach, but also walk the walk. With a desire to help others on their path to fitness, Kimber brings her passion for exercise and never quit attitude to her clients, making it her 'mission to help you access your potential.
